After 26 years of employment they have determined a violation of a policy and have terminated my employment. The union is representing me with a grievance. Is the employer obligated to pay me . If so , what timeline does this occur? Thank you

The employer is only obligated to pay you if the arbitrator of your grievance finds in your favour and orders the employer to do so.
