I am 64 receiving CPP Disability as well as Sunlife LTD benefits. At 65 Sunlufe LTD benefits cease. Ibwork for BMO but am on LTD permanent and total disabikity. Can BMO arrange for post-65 retirement insurance benefit thru Sunlife or how I can continue to get the benefit after 65, now paid by Sunlife. Do I have recource to any other govt benegits to make up for the benefits which Sunlife will cease to pay me at 65.

Thank you for your question. Nearly all LTD insurance policies have insurance benefits ending at age 65. If you have not done so already, you can apply for CPP disability benefits or, as a last resort, to the ontario disability support program.
