I am with my employer for 11 years . It is about a year that I have started working from home. Can my employer force me back to work in the office?

Also, if one starts a new Job and is let go within the probation period ( 3 months) , are they entitled to any severance?

Thank you for your questions. Regarding your working from home, we would need more information before giving you a definitive answer. If your employer does ask you to start working from the office, give us a call at the number below to discuss the matter - you definitely have options.

Regarding your second question, if your employment contract provides for a valid 3-month probationary period, you can be let go within that period without any severance, although again, it would be important to have an employment lawyer look at the contract and advise you on your rights.
