During my hiring interview on my inquiry about 407 ETR bill I was verbally told that my 407 ETR bill will be reimbursed by the company. The company has been reimbursing my 407 ETR bills for more than 11 years. But just recently they told me that 407 ETR reimbursement is not specifically written in my contract hence it will not be reimbursed in future. Do I have a right to claim 407 ETR reimbursement as part of wages?
