In Nov,2015 I informed my employer that my father is visiting us and I would like to take a LOA to take care of my father or if they can accommodate me with my working hours.THey approved change in my working hours.howver, the employer got fired and we have a new employer who is not happy with this arrangement and is intimidating me to leave .
