I received a call from a blind client and he filed a complaint against me to my manager for violating his canadian human right act against disabled people. I have just been fired. What happens after this?

Depending on the nature and veracity of the allegations against you, you may wish to challenge the reasons for your dismissal, assuming you were dismissed 'for cause''. Reinstatement is rarely an option but cases of this nature generally resolve with the payment of severance based on years of service, age, position at the company, and how long it takes to find comparable work. I encourage you to contact us to find out from one of our lawyers what your options are.
