I am a supervisor at a company where we continue to have to work 50 to 60 weeks throughout the year and are told its part of are job to work these extra hours. We are not compensated for the extra hours work or given extra days off. Im i in title to extra pay or days off for anything over 44

You employer cannot force you to work such excessive hours without compensation. In some cases, there are expectations made for managers, but it is unlikely you fall in this category. For clarity, I would suggest you review the following link: https://www.labour.gov.on.ca/english/es/pubs/guide/hours.php. If you wish to speak with one of our employment lawyers further do not hesitate to call us and set up a consultation.
