been with a company for 20yrs hired as part time. Had almost 4yrs of full time hours with things I had to do. New manager comes in slices my hours to the point where I had to find another job so I wont lose my house. Should I have been offered full time.

Thank you for writing to us. By reducing your hours, your employer may be constructively terminating your employment. It is important to communicate your objection to these changes to your employer to preserve your right to treat this as a constructive dismissal. I recommend that you contact our firm at the number below to discuss this matter in more detail and determine how we can assist you.
