My company has now mandated vaccination for all employees. It is not government mandated just our company. My employee has presented a doctors not that he needs to wait to see another doctor in a few months. 1. Are we able to put him on a leave of absence without pay? We aren’t firing him

As an employer, you are obligated to accommodate an employee with any medical restriction they present. In this case, it could include testing as an alternative to vaccination in the interim.
