As an employer how can I verify if my employees have had there vaccination? They have presented a the first document (not QR code) can I call health Canada to verify these are real?
Requiring employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19 may or may not be an enforceable term of employment depending on whether there is a government mandate in place and possibly the nature of the workplace/industry. It is important as an employer to have a vaccination policy in place that both protects the workplace from undue risk and also respects the rights of employees.
