What are my options? 1I was let go effective immediately and when I asked why I was never given any reason. I was never called in to the office for a warning, verbal or written and it was well into my 4 months of employment. After emails asking my boss said he would check his notes but has never reached out to me.

Thank you for your question.

An employer has the right to terminate your employment without cause, but to do so it must provide you with the severance you are owed. To find out how much you may be owed, please visit www.severancepaycalculator.com. Kindly note that there is a limitation period of 2 years from your notice of termination for any civil claims.
