Hi..just wondering if you worked for a company for 2 years and 8 months ..and they have a safety bonus review every 4 months for which I passed everytime...and than one day had a minor accident..a strap on the load broke and some pipes fell off the trailer...that day after the clean up..I went back to office and was told because I was never written up for anything before that they weren't sure what to do they said to go home and that I was suspended until further notice...the next day I was called to be at the office for the next i went ..just to find out that they are letting me go without any notice or severance or termination pay....can they just let u go because they told me they just been in court the Friday before and they had to listen to 8 or 9 impact statements from a previous incident that happened the year of the company driver had an accident that killed someone and they told me that scared them..and never I was let go just like wondering if that's wrongful dismissal..?
