I have been working remote since I was hired three years ago. I have a Remote Work Agreement in place that stipulates my primary work location is my home address. My employer is enforcing return to office, stating that I can be fired with cause if I do not comply because they have given me six weeks notice of the return to office mandate. Wondering if this is true or if this is just another threat from an employer trying to get people to quit instead of paying us our severance. Thank you.

We would have to review the Remote Work Agreement and the terms of the notice to return to the office in order to provide you with legal advice about your entitlements and your options. Please contact us at the number below to schedule a consultation with our legal team.
