They claim I was a contractor, I claimed I was an employee, I filed a complaint to MOL, and I won the case and recognized as an employee of the company.. But something important was forgotten (I had no advise even from a friend layer!). Just after I left this company on Friday and the following Monday somebody else took my job, actually two people split my responsibilities, my question is this admissible or this was neglected by the MOL, if I am correct then this case be revived ? And claim all my rights $$ (if any) to today ( I am 65yrs old and not working, or not in pension, and don’t believe in UI. I still have a lot can contribute! I currently own a cafeteria / catering business, my employee has really slowed down and is unable to perform some of the duties that she used to do, I had to ask some of my other staff to do some of her duties as a result of this my other employees have to work later to make up for the work that they need to complete. I would like to reduce her hours in order to afford to have someone else do her duties that she is unable to perform. How can I do this legally. Previous Next Page 133 of 203
