Add Comment Question: I work at one of the biggest company in the world and after 20 years HR and MSO put me on (PIP) Performance Improvement Plan for 9 months and ended last August 15, 2019. I have my ombudscase 2 times and still nothing found that I ve been harassed by my manager and instead put me on PIP. I went on disability for last 2017 and 2018.
