Can an employer dismiss an employee for not completing the mandatory OHSA/Regs. training. There are 4 that must be completed

If it was a lawful direction and a requirement to complete the training, and there is no valid reason why the employee is refusing to do so, then an employee's refusal to do so constitutes insubordination and would allow the employer to terminate the employee, likely even for cause.
