Can an employer ask questions regarding your illness such as medicines, dr visits, treatments, and diagnosis if you are not planning to leave work. I am also being harassed as I get migraines on a regular basis. I get written up weekly for things that can't be proven. I am also being called names from my employers. I am being singled out because of my illness.
Is this allowed what can I do.

Your employer can only ask questions about your medical illness if you are requesting some form of accommodation. Even in these circumstances, the employer can only ask about your prognosis, limitations, and restrictions, and not about your diagnosis specifically. Additionally, if your colleagues are harassing you then you should document these incidents and ask your employer to formally investigate. If the harassment continues and your employer does nothing they can become liable for damages. Please contact us at the number below for a consultation with a lawyer to discuss this matter.
