I got fired for being late often, I wasn't on probation no more I was working there for a bit around 6 months, and I got fired the day of with out a weeks notice. Is that right?

Hello, an employer is only allowed to provide you with one weeks' notice if their employment contract says so, which needs to be done in a very specific manner that complies with the law. I encourage you to visit the severance pay calculator our firm has developed (www.SeverancePayCalculator.com) and contact us to discuss your potential entitlements.
