I was fired for negligence according to my employer. I failed to do my job properly because of lack of training so the company decided to let me go with no notice. Can they do that? They never gave me the chance to get training and improve myself in the job. Do I get saverense package? If not. Do I have a case if the put fired with cause in my ROE

Termination without notice or pay in lieu of notice is legally reserved for egregious conduct involving theft, forgery, or workplace violence. That is not the case here so you are owed your termination entitlements and we may be able to assist you if you contact us at the number below.

Service Canada-EI will likely approve your benefits if you explain what happened, notwithstanding the information in your Record of Employment.
