I gave my employer my notice of resignation from my position to expect a position somewhere else. It was 7 days notice ( the remainder of all posted schedules at the time). He determined that he did not want the notice and told me to leave that day. He paid me up till the full day that he told me to leave. Doesn't he have to pay the remainder of the scheduled notice. I worked for the company for 11 years.

Yes, you should be entitled to be paid for your notice of resignation period provided. Please contact our Firm to assist you with this process.
