If i left my job and returned back a few months later, and not i feel that i'm about to be terminated-do the take into account all my years of service (been there since 2010)

It depends mostly on whether they treated you as a new hire or a re-hire when you returned. We need to know for example if upon your return you signed a contract that explicitly canceled your prior years of service, or underwent a probationary term, or your vacation entitlements were reduced, etc. Please call us if and when you receive a termination letter and we will assess your case at that time.
