my original contract is for a full time position. I was recently asked if I could take some vacation days, one day a week to offset the slower work schedule. I agreed but when I received my letter it states that I agreed to a reduced work week. are there any implications to agreeing to a 'reduced work week' vs taking a vacation day and staying full time??

Thanks for writing to us. There absolutely are implications to agreeing to a reduced work week. It appears as though your employer is attempting to unilaterally change an essential condition of your employment, which could amount to a constructive dismissal. I suggest that you contact us at the number below as soon as possible in order to discuss your situation in further detail with a lawyer.
