My position was terminated last week without notice and I was supposed to receive unconditional entitlement pay yesterday. HR advised me payroll will not pay entitlement pay until Oct 15 which is two pay periods (3 1/2 weeks) after my termination date. They are also saying there is no date yet to pay my enhanced severance. What are my rights? Am I entitled to additional compensation?
