Hi there,

I previously worked in a daycare. The employer was sexist, racist and verbally abusive to me. He repeatedly made fun of children and parents accents and skin colour, he made fun of my outfit on several occasions, he has made fun of my mental illness, called me a retard, and yelled at me in front of staff and students. On top of all this he said the women at Jenny Craig are all fat, and he accused me of trying to seduce fathers of the children I teach because I wore jeans and a band T-shirt to work. I would like to sue him for these and many other offences. How do I start this process? Roughly how much would a lawyer for this case cost?
