I have been in the process of leaving my job. Offed to work an extra day, to help releave stress, due to the business place being a restaurant that is very short staffed. Today (may 13th day before motherday.) i ask if i am still allowed to take my tips; as they are not part of my net pay, theyre more of a thank you from the owners being a kitchen staff member. Anyways he replied by cussing at me from a text from a friend and formal work partner, then a text directly from my boss that continues to cuss me out once again. I am wondering what i can do to prevent this from happening; as it has happened in slightly less hostile situations of my awareness between the formal employee and the boss. I have been there for 2 years on the 24th of may 2017

I'm not sure if you have given notice of resignation or not. If you have then there is not much you can do at this point. If you have not given notice than feel free to call us at the number below to discuss the options available to you.
