I was reprimanded and disciplined by my office manager regarding an issue in which I take full accountability in. She was very rude, humiliating, abrupt, ill-mannered, and unprofessional by shouting at me, threatening to call my other employer to defame me regarding the issue that we had in our workplace, and then giving me the option of being escorted out and then she will be giving my other employer a call or continuing out my duties. She had also yelled at me that I am disrespectful and unprofessional then questioning me where is my dignity? That incident has really shook me and gave me emotional distress and made me feel humiliated, belittled, bullied and intimidated. I am a new graduate Licensed Practical Nurse working in a medical clinic. Is this something worth talking to a lawyer about?
