Hi started a job 3 months ago as an industrial painter and they we behind and lost in there meathods I'm a professional painter and I fixed all there problems now I can see they are trying to replace me online they are posting my position but I'm meeting there needs exceedingly so what can I do to keep my job I really like it? They are just firing me cause I'm too good ?? Can they do that ?

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately there is no way to force a company not to fire you if you are a non-unionized employee. If they want to fire you, they are entitled to do that provided that it is not discriminatory. However, you may be entitled to severance still, even though you have only been there for a few months.

If you are let go, please contact us at the number below for a consultation. We would recommend doing so as soon as possible. Kindly note there is a limitation period to file any claims two years from the date of your notice of termination.
