Hi, i am just wondering if i have a wrongful dismisal case. I was working in the company for 9.5 years. Recently terminated due to restructure. I was an excellent employee with no mistake for 2018 performance. Meanwhile, company kept other employees who made major mistakes at work. No other reasons was given to me. They gave me a severance pay up to 8 months complete salary. Do i have a case of wrongful dismissal? Did i get the right severance pay? Thank you.
