I work for a construction company as a driver and machine operator.
My boss asked me to go to his house and clean up his personal garbage.
Literally bags of trash.
I turned it down. 1 there could potentially be safety concerns and two it would have made me sick.
This being said.
He fired me.

Hello, and thank you for your comment.

Based on the above, you are very likely entitled to a severance package as a result of your dismissal. However, this will depend on: 1) whether or not you signed a contract of employment; and, 2) if you did sign an employment contract, the wording of said contract.

For now, please visit https://www.severancepaycalculator.com/ to determine your entitlements and then give us a call at the number below to discuss your matter further. We would be happy to help in any way we can.

Thanks
