Had to work from home due to illness and based on Doctors insistence that accommodation be provided. Employer allowed it for 2 years and now decided she didn't like it. Sent me a letter demanding I return to work. Despite my responding to it, providing another letter from my specialist, she fired me for cause - that I'm not meeting the requirements of the job to attend in the office.

This is extremely concerning. Your former employer may have discriminated against you on the basis of disability, in addition to wrongfully terminating you for cause. I would encourage you strongly to give us a call at the number below to speak with one of our employment lawyers. We would be happy to discuss your matter with you in more detail and provide assistance in any way we can. Please give us a call.
