Don't apeal to the same agency that deany your claim because it will be be the same again. I called your office and I mentioned WSIB to you staff and I was dismissed Right away. I think there is wrong information on radio compair to what they say in office. Why the person I spoke to didn't want to hear what I had to say after I mentioned WSIB? Answer: Unfortunately, our office does not handle WSIB claims which is why we were unable to assist you with your matter.
