Add Comment Question: I my name Honorato Manansala I been working at this company for18 years about 2 weeks I was calling my supervisor I just leave a message on voice mail that I have family crisis that I won't able to come to work but after 2 weeks fast idid call my supervisor for week & a week after I received a termination paper for my employer the saying i been terminate . Then I call my union chief Stewart I told him I been terminated I explain to him what HAPPEND then told me that I will 2 option either I quit so he can ask the company give me referance so I can't find other job or he will file grievance but again he told me that I have no chance to win to get my job back & he said the company they want me back . Answer: If you are a unionized employee then unfortunately we cannot assist you and only the union can help you get your job back by filing the aforementioned grievance.
