Add Comment Question: My daughter is being harassed at work by a long time employee (23 years service) who has been asked on a number of occasions to cease and desist her behaviour. The employee has refused to help resolve the problem and has blatently rejected any attempt to to co-operate. She refuses to listen to her employer who has been notified of this harrassment and bullying and continues to sabotage my daughter's ability to do job properly to the point that the normal function of the workplace is continually being disrupted with the sabotage activity which includes somewhat violent behaviour at times and in the presence of clients. This has been ongoing for the past year and my daughter has reached the point that she is prepared to quit and walk away due to the distress she experiences. In other words she has reached the breaking point. I am also a witness to this activity as I also work at the same place. We need some advice as to what she should do.
