Add Comment Question: Thank you, this is my case: I was employed with a company for 10 yrs. and dismissed after that with no reason, in January 2009. They claim I was a contractor, I claimed I was an employee, I filed a complaint to MOL, and I won the case and recognized as an employee of the company.. But something important was forgotten (I had no advise even from a friend layer!). Just after I left this company on Friday and the following Monday somebody else took my job, actually two people split my responsibilities, my question is this admissible or this was neglected by the MOL, if I am correct then this case be revived ? And claim all my rights $$ (if any) to today ( I am 65yrs old and not working, or not in pension, and don’t believe in UI. I still have a lot can contribute! I am looking forward to your kind advice Thank you very much Jim Answer: Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, you had a two-year time limit from the date of your termination to deal with these issues. As you are now beyond that date (which would have been January 2011), there is nothing that can be done.
