They indicated although they don't question the validity of my absence that they have a business to run. I have suffered from panic disorder and depression and am trying to use this time off to get healthy and now they are terminating me even though they say they aren't questioning the validity of me being sick. Answer: Please call us when you receive the termination letter. We will determine if the company is providing an adequate severance package and whether you have a claim for human rights damages based on disability.
