It seems the hospital will take over the core housekeeping department and terminate the contrat with Aramark. I have worked 2 years as part time and full timer since 2019. Do the hospital have to hire me as a full timer? Answer: Your union may argue that the collective agreement currently in place may flow to the hospital because it is the same work being completed.
