Add Comment Question: I have been written up for the first time and only just found out when it has been at least a week. After being there for 6 months she told me today that I have a choice to make of where I stand with my job and if I don't change something without being told what I did wrong, that I would be terminated. I told her a week ago she looked out of it, not to be rude but to see if she was alright. She's told me the same thing several times and to other employees making them feel bad as well, and I got written up for it without notice. I would like to know if this is allowed for there is major unfairness and power abuse for she is my supervisor. Answer: Hi Katerina, Thank you for your enquiry. If these issues continue to occur, you may be able to leave your job and get provided with compensation. As it stands now, however, this would be less than likely. Also, if the company were to rely on the warnings you have been given, to the extent they are unfair and inaccurate, the company will not be able to rely on them. If these issues continue, I would recommend that you contact our firm to schedule a consultation. From there we can gather more information and be in a better position to fully advise you as to your rights and entitlements.
