My 18 year old daughter works part time for a large coffe chain. She does not get a regular defined shift and is regularly sent home early when the store is not busy.
She is saving for school and does not make enough money so she picked up a second job which does not start for another week. Her boss was aware of this and told her today that she has been removed from the schedule and needs to choose between jobs. She also told her that she has until tomorrow to decide which job she wants to keep. Can they do that?
