I have provided 2 weeks resignation letter before quitting the job, but I am still getting paid. Please, let me know if I have to return the money?
Hello,
I cannot tell you whether you have to return the money or not, as it depends on the company's position. If you gave 2 weeks' notice of your resignation then the Company is to pay you for those 2 weeks and you do not need to return that money. If following those 2 weeks they are still paying you, then you are technically not entitled to that money. If they have not asked for it then I am unsure whether you have an obligation to pay it back. If you do not notify them that you are still being paid and they later ask for that money back you will need to return it To protect yourself, I would recommend that you advise the Company of what is going on.
