I am a 57 year old director in learning & development at one of the top mining
companies in Canada. I was exposed to fumes in the mines & later diagnosed with Chronic Brain Atrophy. I had a 4 year work visa. I have been on disability for 3 yrs. The mining company called & has declined to extend my work visa. I have a labour lawyer but am not happy with his efforts. 1. How can we force them to extend my stay. 2. How can we secure the best settlement. 3.i have grown to love Toronto...appreciate any advice on how to apply for my permanent resident card. Due to the intracicies of my case I would deeply appreciate Mr Sanfuru's input & whether he's fought for a similar case in the past. If not then who would come highly reccomended by him
