In regards to Bill 124
I worked as a manager for the LCBO from 2015 to August 2023. I resigned, in good standing. (non union position)
They have recently paid the managers "retro" pay for the correction of Bill 124.
Am I ? / I feel I am entitled to the retro pay as I had worked with the LCBO during the Bill 124 period of 2019 to approx 2022.
Is there a legal potential for me to be entitled to the retro pay?
