Is it OK for your boss to make a spectical out of you in ft of other staff? My sister did something wrong on the job and our boss pulled her in in ft of 4 other people who weren't involved and said she could be fired. She was crying in ft of everybody because she felt like an idiot. She was told that next time she would be fired . After it all the boss said to her that she did that on purpose so that everyone would know that she means business.
