brother in law worked for a garage for 15 years

employer came to him and was going to reduce his hours to 3 days a week

bro-in law could not afford this--employer had hired another in the meantime at lower waged

brother in law never got one cent of severance --did nit know he was entitled as he had quit to find a full time job

now about 3 yrs later he has found out

does he have any recourse

He does not have any recourse if more than two years have passed since he left that employer. This is a typical constructive dismissal case but the limitation period has expired therefore there's nothing we can do at this time. Do not hesitate to call us at the number below if we can answer any further questions for you or your brother in law.
