I am with this company ( ottawa company) since April of 1982 and they sold to an american company about 10 yrs ago , now i am being terminated and i am finish June 30 2016. they gave me 8 weeks notice and the severance pay is a 1 yr of my salary. first question - is 1 yrs fare that they are giving me for severance or should i be getting more .
