Hi I currently own a construction business with my best friend of over 20 years. The business is struggling and we are in debt. I don't see very much potential in the business but my business partner will not let it go. I am willing to sell all my shares of the business to him,how do I go about that?

You will likely need to enter into a Share Purchase Agreement, which I highly recommend you seek the advice of a lawyer regarding. A review of your business agreement will also be required, in the event that it provides for the dissolution of your partnership.
