Hi recently because of coronavirus the company doing temporary layoffs
they did it for about 20 employees and only 4 left , I don't have a contract with them
i have being working for almost 19 years if i don't accept the Tem layoff do i get severance or not as for the coronavirus . but the thing is that the government paying of the minimum pay

Your employer does not have the inherent right to lay you off, unless you have a term in your employment contract that allows the company to do so. If you have been laid off, that is deemed a constructive dismissal which in term, will allow you to collect a severance package.
