I am a dependant contractor in the pest control industry, I can not work for other pest control companies. The problem is the owner ran into financial problems due to his fourth divorce. He then hired hourly workers and basically put me out of work. I have been with the company 20 years and my pay has gone from 45k to 10k in the past 2 years! What can I do? I have had a few problems in the past and took steps to correct these however he still brings them up to support his actions but never let me go!?
