I have been employed for over 32 years as a top salesperson. I have never missed a day of work in that time other than funerals. Although this past January I became very depressed & had major panic attacks and anxiety. I went to see 3 doctors and under there care I have been off work for about 12 weeks. My doctor has said I can try to go back to work now but only 1/2 days for a couple of weeks and full time afterwords. My employer has said I cannot go back 1/2 days even though my doctor has recommended it. Also they have changed my location of work to another city. Not very far but they claim that all the reps must work out of the new location. Can my employer do this or can it be a case for constructive dismissal?
