I have been employed with a retail company for over 7 years, I'm in upper-senior management. I've been suspended with pay. I wasn't given a reason why but I assume it relates to an investigation into a allegation against me and an employee being inebriated at a work party. She didn't want to go home and kept following me when I was leaving the party. I allowed her to sleep at my place in her best interest. Nothing inappropriate happened. What are my options?
