An employee with 8 years in the co has not been working the regular stipulated hours and regularly absents himself. What should we do to build a case to terminate his services as his behavior includes insubordination, bullying etc

It is important to implement progressive discipline to allow the employee to improve their behaviour. Documenting and explaining to the employee what actions and behaviours are unacceptable while reminding them what the company expects of them is important. Additionally, you can always terminate on a without cause basis but would be required to provide an appropriate severance package.
